I am in good shape & healthy and have 4 servings of porridge (20g fibre) for my breakfast every morning. is that too much fibre?

Food serving : The fiber is not a problem. Porridge (oatmeal) has plenty of carbohydrates. I am concerned if that is too many carbohydrates of one type. I am missing information, maybe you are very athletic and this is not a problem for you. It is best to have a variety of healthy foods.
