My ggt is 81 ... because of alcohol ... how will it get it to normal?

Stop drinking: This is a very slight elevation, but it does indicate that alcohol is having some effect on your liver. Ggt is really not an enzyme that indicates that alcohol is necessarily harming the liver, nor is it one that specifically indicates that you are drinking too much. Safe drinking in men is 2 or fewer standard drinks per day; if you are drinking more than this, cut it down to safe limits.
