I'd be worried too: This is not "alcoholic hepatitis" (AST would be >400 usually) but you've probably damaged your liver but most likely it'll repair in a week or two of sobriety. The enzyme elevations do correlate some with fibrosis / long-term scarring which is cirrhosis which is what will kill you. There's also your brain -- heavy stuff makes it harder to be a nice or happy person. Try to quit. Best wishes.
