ALT: Have you had an ultrasound? Do you have a fatty liver? A growing number of people world wide develop fatty liver secondary to NASH which can elevate liver enzymes.

Liver disease: Your findings are not consistent with Wilson's disease. . Fatty liver disease is a possibility. Are you obese? Do you have hyperlipidemia? Family history of liver disease?+Diabetic? Have you had a liver biopsy? A hepatologist or gastroenterologist would be best to further evaluate and advise you.
