See your doctor.: Anxiety is actually fairly common but unfortunately under recognized and under treated. See your doctor for a full checkup to review your complete medical health first. Your doctor may then discuss stress management techniques, refer you for counseling, and consider medication. Don't let your anxiety go untreated.

Meditation: I think of meditation as of therapy done within yourself and very private, close your eye and think freely ( don't do it in the street!).
