Slap anxiety?: What is slap anxiety? Any situational anxiety usually can be helped using relaxation techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy or sometimes medications such as beta blockers. If you are in therapy then discuss this with your therapist. Also i see you take lexapro (escitalopram). Perhaps an adjustment of the dose may help however i really do not know since I do not know what "slap" anxiety is.
