how can you fix moderate adrenal fatigue? gaining weight still, ruled out everything else. this fits after a year of severe stress. is it fixable?

Adrenal fatigue: I doubt you have "adrenal fatigue". Either the adrenals work, or they don't. If they don't, you have addison's disease and you are very sick. However, stress can be very debilitating. The symptoms from stress cannot be fixed by concoctions of vitamins, hormones, etc. Suggest you see a good general doctor (family med, internist) who can evaluate your condition and counsel you on nutrition as well.
