Symptoms: From the sounds of it, you may need to have lab work done to check your thyroid and hormones. You should see your OBGyN for these labs and also discuss post partum depression. Their are many treatment options and you do not need to suffer in silence. Please go see your obgyn and seek help.

Agree with Dr. Patel: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!
