Clean up diet: One place to begin might be avoid inflammatory foods which cause many people symptoms such as you describe -sugar, grains and dairy are the most common culprits , focus on getting healthy fats, health proteins and lots to green leafy vegetable, regular exercise (30 min walking ) can be very helpful as well.
