Probably not!: You definitely need to see a healthcare provider to have this examined. But i can reassure you that one swollen lymph node in someone your age with no other symptoms is very unlikely to be cancer. Lymph nodes are where immune cells hang out, and they swell when those cells get activated. Any infection or inflammation can make them swell. Don't worry! i think you're fine, but have it checked.
