As above: Drinking too much can be very bad f u health , cognition , family , work and social environment . U may benefit from attending an aa program and see your PCP for evaluation. Good luck.

No, but: Being 30 years old and female, unless you have significant other comorbidities (morbid obesity, uncontrolled diabetes or lipids, or drug use like cocaine), the likelihood of a heart attack is fairly low. That being said, excessive alcohol can trigger abnormal rhythms such as atrial fibrillation (the "holiday heart"), which can be dangerous in their own right. Easy fix? Stop drinking excessively.
