Yes but later: Risk of heart disease goes up once one has 3 or more risk factors. You already have two: male and smoker. Later you may develop a third risk factor, liver disease from the alcohol. Other risk factors include age, cholesterol, diabetes, cancer, family history, sedentary life style, etc. Current chest pain should be evaluated by your doctor now; stopping the smoking and alcohol will save you later.

Smoking: As a smoker you are at higher risk than non smoker even in your age bracket. In a study done in patients in thir twenties who had heart attacks, the unifying risk factor was smoking. Have it checked out with your physician even discuss smoking cessation at the same time.
