Can be helpful: The "virgin diet" is an eating and exercise plan one can follow for a lifetime. You eat real (not packaged) food. Also you can learn whether you're sensitive to gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, corn, and/or sugar (including artificial sweeteners). These foods may cause a variety of symptoms as well as weight gain. You end up with a very clean, healthy way of eating based on your own responses.

Humm..MarketingorFad: Who is the dietitian with your best interests at heart? Humm.. Someone you do not know who offers stuff to buy? Maybe, maybe not. Suggest track & record wt to 0.1 lb daily (with nothing on, ) do your own experiments, eat real food & see what works. Reading: big fat lies, science for smart people, dietdoctor, taubes, attia, nusi.Org, lustig fatchance.Html, stephen phinney, etc, likely to help.
