Many causes: Even though nsaids and h pylori are common causes of gastric erosions, there are many other causes: stress, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, tumors (gastrinomas), certain foods, ibd, and other medications. Talk with the doctor who performed your endoscopy.

Benign finding: These erosions may be due to mechanical forces if your food is not chewed as well they may also just be a benign finding. They may be found also secondary to cigarette smoking other substance abuse and/or chronic vomiting.
