Im 22 & in april i had horrible stomach pain, a couple of weeks later i had an endoscopy & it showed multiple peptic ulcers, unknown cause (not from nsaids) ive been on ppis since then, am i ever allowed to take motrin again?

Is ppi superior than H2 blocker to heal nsaid induced gastritis/ulcer if taken symptomatically(only when pain in stomach). I did not take it everyday.
