What are the five drugs that are typically prescribed after a heart attack?

See inside: Some medications prescribed after a heart attack are Aspirin which prevents further clots, Nitroglycerin which opens arteries in an emergency, a blood pressure medicine known as a beta-blocker which slows heart rate. The goal is to manage every risk factor as perfectly as possible, so cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes need to be managed ideally. I don't think there are 5 drugs every time.
