Heart Failure: In some people heart function improves with medical therapy. In patient who doesn't respond to medical therapy, they continue to deteriorate and die from heart failure and its complications like cardiac arrhythmias and sudden heart death. It is difficult to predict the life expectancy. Existing data shows mostly it is.
