When would side effects or of allergic reaction show up from the antibiotic azithromycin.are there serous side effects or is it rare?

Complicated.: True allergy could show up immediately if you have already been sensitized to azithromycin, but if this is first exposure could take two weeks. But true allergy is uncommon. Sensitivity or side effects could show up any time during the course of exposure. Most common side effects are GI upset and rash.
