I am having side effects from doxycycline for sinus issues. i now have azithromycin, what time period between switching antibiotics, 12 or 24 hours?

Not essential: Can wait the 12hrs for when you'd be due next dose doxy and start azithromycin. Could also take it now, won't hurt--dose time, since once daily, more important to try to put at convenient time.
