i exercise heavily and watch what i eat, but i'm having trouble making any weight loss progress, any ideas?

MD consult: At your age, with a moderate diet and exercise, weight would not normally be a problem. One possible avenue of investigation would be of the thyroid gland. If it is not working as it should your metabolism can be affected, and hence weight gain.
