May be normal: If these bumps are new, and you have been taking antibiotics it could be a yeast infection called thrush, which is easily treated. If they are long standing, don't hurt and aren't changing, it may just be normal prominent papillae (taste buds). It doesn't sound like anything serious, but if you're not sure check with your doctor
