Depends: If you want to drink soda now, you should remove the fizz by pouring it back and forth between two containers (glasses work). This removes the carbonation which is what might damage the blood clot forming in the socket where the teeth were. If you need the fizz, wait 2 - 3 days at least, to be safe. Otherwise you risk a dry socket complication. Not fun. Good luck.

Drinking soda: Drinking fluids after an extraction is allowed except hot liquids. The heated liquid may dissolve the blood clot in the socket leading to a dry socket. Drinking soda is permissible, just no straws. Suction may also pull out protective clot. However, other drinks would be better for you than a carbonated beverage. You need to eat and drink healthy for proper healing.

Now, but....: It depends a lot on the difficulty of the extractions, whether or not they were impacted, whether the area is basically sutured over, the amount of bleeding you had, your medical conditions, etc. Basically you can drink soda now, just be careful and don't use a straw. Other liquids would be better choices. When in doubt, waiting longer is better. Your own dentist would be the best one to ask!
