Dizzy : It is not unusual to need a day to recover after surgery. Make sure you eat and drink sufficient water to remain hydrated. If you are having any post-op discomfort, check back with your dentist or oral surgeon.

Eat, drink fluids: You probably have low blood sugar from no nourishment. Eat some foods that don't require much chewing or moving your jaws such as milk shakes, protein shakes, tomato soup, chicken noodle soup or chicken broth. Yogurt is also good.
