See below: You could have gerd - so have this checked - medication such as Pepcid (famotidine) and Prilosec might help - see your doctor first.

Reactive airways?: Sometimes cold air can cause spasm of the airways resulting in chest pain with inhaling cold air. May consider talking with doctor to see if an inhaler trial may be helpful to take before you go outside.
