Chest pain. its a mussle or something along the lines. hurts when i move certan ways. left side of chest. been like this for 2 years! every day pain. had heart tests all normal. 6'5 270lbs 20yr old. how do i fix this?

Hard to speculate: An issue with such a lengthy time frame would require a total review of history, exam & testing. Since some has been done with no relief it may be something "outside the box" . Chronic gnawing or sharp pain just to the left side may actually be deeper & from your stomach entrance. Try some Tums to see if it effects this & if so get an evaluation for GE Reflux.
