Chest wall: Glad the tests are normal so far. The most likely cause is chest wall(muscles) or breast, or scar tissue from your prior heart surgery. If your heart doctor says it is safe, a therapeutic trial of an antiinflammatory like naproxen might be useful. Have you had a mammogram recently?
