As Dr. Sparacino : Noted, speak to your doctor about this. I have never heard of anyone getting "cold sores" on their feet. My pure and unadulterated guess (not seeing your feet) is they aren't cold sores.

Get a diagnosis: Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus and occur on mucous membranes of the body. A similar virus, herpes zoster, causes similar lesions on the skin. This occurs in anyone who had chicken pox earlier in life. The virus lays dormant in the body and later reappears when you have lowered resistance, or are stressed. Talk to your dr. , get a proper diagnosis, and ask him about a vaccine
