I get cold feet at a night and ii'm scared of developing ulcers. any tips or advice on dealing with this?

Little to no chance: Cold feet at night is mostly a nerve response. It is common for normal healthy people to get cold feet. Your body is going to rest mode and is diverting the blood away from your feet. Ulcers are from pressure points, poor arterial circulation ( rest pain or can't walk a certain distance due to pain) or venous usually in the inside ankle due to swelling.
