Why do i get a warm feeling in my left foot that comes and goes should i be worried about it it comes and goes the outer part will be cold to touch but inner part is were i get the warm feeling should i be worried

You may have : A pinched nerve either locally or more proximally, as far back as your back. Emg/ncv testing may be helpful.
