Yes: When the temperature decreases the blood flow to your feet and hands is partially redirected to your central chest cavity to keep your vital organs warm. Because your are not getting as much oxygen to the feet, the toes will become purple. Try to wear extra warm socks and use a heating pad when you come indoors.
