Can echinacea cause tingling? when i take echinacea for cold i get tingling in my feet. what could be the cause?

Echinacea: Adverse reactions can include: abdominal pain, acute renal failure, hypersensitivity, arrhythmias, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, erythema, exanthema, fever, dyspepsia, headache, hepatitis, leukopenia, nausea, rash, sore throat, and unpleasant taste.

not familiar: Personally I have never prescribed ecchanacia. I have never seen a case of tingling that could be suspected due to ecchanacia. I looked up the side effects of this otc product but tingling was not one of them. Therefore look for some other cause of tingling.
