Cold feelings: Since you're in the winter season I wonder if this occurs only when you're exposed to a cool environment. The associated coldness in your feet is due to reflexive spasm of the tiny arteries there. Cold intolerance may be lifelong in some people or due to being underweight, underactive thyroid or anemia. Maybe you merely have to wear warmer clothing. See your MD as needed for evaluation and testing
