My feet & hands get alarmingly cold all the time-even when i was a baby. they even turn white/blue like they're frozen. i'm 30 & healthy. why is this?

Raynaud's: This can result from raynaud's phenomenon, which can be a very benign condition and you need to keep your hands and feet warm all the time. Talk to you doctor and see if they can run some blood tests to identify other causes, such as hypothyroidism and autoimmune diseases.

See a doctor: It sounds like you may have raynauds. See a doctor for testing.
