Mild/moderate rlq pain upon certain movements like drawing knees up. no other symptoms. had us, ct, colonoscopy all ok. could it be a hernia?

Might be: The symptom you present has a wide differential diagnosis. Moreover the work up you described does not rule-out an inguinal hernia completely. I advise you get checked by a surgeon.Good luck.

Could be hernia: With a negative work up and persistent symptoms a hernia is still possible diagnosis. You are okay to continue seeking a diagnosis as an outpatient. A surgery consult might help. Ask your surgeon to review the ct scan and make an interpretation based on your physical exam.
