I lost 220lbs naturally. the more weight i lose, the more issues im having. they found an umbilical hernia on my ct. im having an endoscopy/colonoscopy tomorrow. could it be the loose skin pressing on my bowel that is causing the bloat/discomfort?

The skin is external. The bowel is internal. They do not interact. Bloating & discomfort probably has nothing to do with external skin. I would just follow through with your GI doctor's evaluation at this time.
