Fat Grafting: First you must allow time for appropriate recovery usually 3-6 months for all swelling to go down. Then the problem can be assesed. You may need additional removal of fat around the area of irregularity to even everything out, or you may need to have fat transferred to the area.

Wait, massage consult: I agree with dr. Khordsandi. First, wait 3-6 months. If still irregular, one can do liposhifting, fat transfer with touch up liposuction to smooth out the areas. Depending upon your age, skin may have to be excised as well or, consider laser tightening with internal temperature monitoring.

Depends: This depends on what the problem is. I agree that you need to wait 3-6 months for the swelling to go down. You may need to massage for 6 months. At that point your surgeon can determine that best treatement. Additional liposuction can be done to smooth out the results, fat can be transferred for areas that were over treated, skin might need to be excised if you have skin laxity.

Step by step: First, we wait until the inflammation from the recent surgery has passed, and the tissue is soft. This takes 3-6 months. Then we evaluate whether: 1) more liposuction is needed to reduce a high spot, 2) fat grafting is needed to fill in a low spot, or 3) a combination of both is performed.
