Stick with it: Ssri medications like zoloft (sertraline) are known to be effective by 4 to 6 weeks, talk to your psychiatrist if you don't see any change after 4 weeks. Addition of cbt therapy is known to help along with meds.

See dr: If you have been on that dose of zoloft (sertraline) for 4 weeks you should have improvement by now. Perhaps you need a dosage adjustment. See your doctor and have an open conversation about what bothers you. You might benefit from counseling besides medication

Maybe?: If i were your dr, i would certainly increase the zoloft (sertraline), (sertraline) but don't increase it on your own! some need higher doses. I would increase it until, 1. You're better. 2. You have side effects or 3. You get to 200 mgs per day. Also, zoloft (sertraline) is better absorbed, up to 50% better with food. I usually give zoloft (sertraline) to be taken in the morning after breakfast. Sometimes, clonazapam can make depression worse.

Zoloft (sertraline): Work with your doctor to adjust the doses as tolerated until therapeutic levels are reached and response is seen.

Zoloft (sertraline): Agree with dr. Passer, but please discuss your options with your prescribing doctor who knows your case well.
