Yes: The pressure in removing the third molar affected the neighboring teeth. If the discomfort is not getting any better after 7-14 days and it is getting worse, please call your dentist so he can check if there are other issues to be taken care of. I hope you feel better soon.

Very normal: It's normal to have some pain or discomfort in the area for a number of reasons. This should be easing off each day. If it is not, or it is getting worse, see your dentist to evaluate the area and ensure that everything is healing according to schedule. Take whatever medications you were prescribed and follow all the directions that your were given.

Maybe: Usually the root is exposed from the back part of teeth in front of the wisdom tooth removed creating a condition where these teeth will be symptomatic, particularly to cold or other stimulus. It will take some time for the bone to fill in the socket space left by the removed tooth. If you continue to have symptoms, see your treating dentist.
