Dry Nose: If the dentist used anesthesia and the mask was used over the nose, then you may have dried the mucosal lining of the nose. Dry nasal lining, especially in winter can lead to nose bleeds.

Follow up call: Your upper wisdom teeth are in close proximity to your maxillary sinus. If there is a perforation to the sinus during your extractions, you could have some bleeding from your nose. Best to make a call to the person who removed your teeth and let them know what is going on. They will be able to follow up and treat any complications accordingly.

Yes: Your upper wisdom teeth roots are sometimes closely related to the maxillary sinus . If the ends of the roots of the upper wisdom teeth create little connections called oral-antral fistulas "little holes" the blood from the extraction area can find its way out of your nose.
