My wisdom teeth losing enamel and a hole at the base of these two lower teeth. feels pain if i floss or use tooth pick. some bleeding occurs and the two teeth so irritating to my toungue like roughness to them. i feel it more when stressed?

Too long: Sounds like it's too long since your last dental check up and treatment of your infected wisdom teeth. The infections can harm other organ systems. The rough surfaces can cause moderate to dangerous tongu lesions. Can't fix this with words, you have to see a General Dentist or Specialist Oral Surgeon immediately. You've put this off too long.
