A member asked:

Is it normal to have a nose bleed after getting my wisdom teeth out?

Not usually: While not common, it can occur especially if the upper wisdom teeth were very close to or in communication with the maxillary sinus. Treat it as any other nose bleed and if it persists contact your doctor.

No: Nose bleeding has no relations to wisdom teeth extractions. May be the medications that was prescriped after the wisdom extraction can cause thining in the blood that in turn can cause ubnormal bleeding disorders. If problem persists you should contact your doctor.
