Possilbe: The anesthetic has numbed up some nerves that can give you a temporary runny nose condition. It is also possible that the upper wisdom teeth extraction affected the upper sinus.

Uncommon: This is so uncommon we haven't seen this in 20 years. I would recommend you return to the oral surgeon who did the extractions. If he doesn't find any causes, you should consider seeing an ENT if the problem persist.
