Don't stress but...: Folic acid plays an important role in preventing neural tube defects but is most crucial in the first 6 weeks of pregnancy when the nerual tube is forming so this is not a huge problem. You can also get Folic Acid from foods that contain it or are fortified with it. Sublingual forms are also available and may be better tolerated.

Not a problem: Try boiling ginger root and drinking the tea frequently throughout the day. This should help with the vomiting.
