I assume you meant: Legs, not lage. A hb 4, not good. Even 7.5 is still low. She still needs to be on iron replacement and the source of blood loss remedied. She is likely short of breath because of decreased ability to carry oxygen, same with the legs. If still symptomatic you could consider a transfusion, even 1 unit would help. Needs to be at 9 or 10 for symptom relief which is still low, norm around 12-14.
