Pepcid or similar: The reaction you add will probably resolve soon. The pantozol or pantoprazole will take up to 24 hours to take affect. Again I think you will be fine but drugs such as Pepcid or zantac might help quicker. Drugs like Pepto-Bismol may even be more helpful. You should be fine but do not take the two drugs you took earlier that caused your problems
