Yes: If you have right flank pain and you have blood in the urine- you should have some evaluation done. In addition to the urine and blood test, a ct scan of the pelvic is one of the tests that you should have- to find out the explanation of your symptoms. There are different things that can give you symptoms like that including infection, kidney stones, mass etc.
