Pancreatitis?: Its impossible to get an accurate diagnosis on the internet without a real history and physical. Normally pancreatitis is an intense pain starting in the L upper radiating between the shoulderblades. Did they get an amylase lipase level? If elevated this could be a chronic pancreatitis. Thats a med cause you should also look into activities, I had a pt who constantly held a 5yo in her L arm
