See below: Since the act of bending over provoked the pain this may musculoskeletal in nature. Bending over can put pressure on spine causing a strained muscle or even a herniated disc. Pain in the left flank would suggest injury to a thoracic or upper lumbar vertebrae. If all your other labs check out ok consider seeing a physiatrist or orthopedist for further evaluation.
