Do not try at home!: Or at you vascular lab! seriously, to properly evaluate a 6 week pregnancy you need a transvaginal scan. Even using dedicated abdominal equipment, a 6 week pregnancy can be hard to see especially if there is a large body habitus (just saying). I wouldn't be too upset in the absence of vaginal bleeding or other problems.
