Nuvigil: I would recommend nuvigil. It helps a lot with the excessive fatigue. Can last up to 15 hours and is a single dose. Speak with your doctor to see if this is an appropriate medication for you.

Antidepressants: I have found antidepressants most helpful. Particularly ones that are dual action like Effexor (venlafaxine) and Cymbalta also tricyclics like nortriptyline. These help with sense of wellbeing and fatigue. Also getting good sleep helps. I use trazodone 50mg for this part.
